Technical study findings are being compiled for presentation in a Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS). The MCP team is working hard to get the Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) out for public review, however, the process is talking longer than originally anticipated. The Draft Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) is anticipated to be circulated for public review in fall 2008. At that time, public hearings will be held to obtain public comments on the document. Please continue to check back on the website for project updates and status of release of the Draft EIR/EIS.
